Norfolk County Council /Nar Ouse Regeneration Scheme – £13M

Parkman was appointed as the Designer of a new 1.5km link road from A47 into King’s Lynn. The creation of the road also included the construction of 3 new bridges, a significant retaining structure and a new pumping station outfall arrangement. Vanguard World was responsible for the analysis and design of retaining walls, foundations for the 3 structures and earthworks. The design consisted of a preliminary stage design which progressed to a detail design and execution. Vanguard World was also responsible for managing the project as well as addressing health and safety issues.
